When we have confirmed your group rates, a quote including all taxes and terms and conditions will be emailed to you. Group space can be limited and is always based on availability at the time of confirmation. To ensure you have all the space you need, please confirm your group as far in advance as possible.
Once your bookings are fully deposited, your price is guaranteed, regardless of currency or fuel surcharge fluctuation. A nominal refundable deposit of $50.00 per person is required to block space. A contract will always follow with full details of payment schedule and all terms and conditions specified for your group.
